Responsibilities
1. Monitor and ensure monthly closing activities are completed accurately, completely, and on time.
2. Ensure all Goods Issue (GI) Delivery Orders have been billed in SAP SD and all billing documents have corresponding Accounting Documents.
3. Monitor and reconcile intercompany Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions.
4. Prepare and ensure timely issuance of monthly financial reports, tax reconciliation reports, and related financial data.
5. Monitor cash, inventory, fixed asset, and other asset stocktakes; control outstanding General Ledger (GL) items; and verify and approve non-PO vouchers.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
2. Experience in accounting, financial reporting, and monthly closing processes.
3. Good understanding of accounting principles, GL reconciliation, AR/AP, and taxation.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with SAP, particularly the SD and FI modules.
5. Detail-oriented, analytical, responsible, and willing to work 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday, in Bandung.
