What would you do:
– Centralized Payment Processing: Manage, verify, and execute payment requests from all internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Product Development, E-Commerce), ensuring all disbursements are approved and paid on time.
– Comprehensive Expense Tracking: Accurately record, categorize, and track all corporate expenses—from daily operational costs to large vendor payments—maintaining a clean and updated general ledger.
– Invoice & Receipt Management: Collect, validate, and systematically archive all vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and transaction receipts to ensure a flawless audit trail.
– Financial Reporting: Prepare regular (weekly/monthly) summary reports on departmental spending, cash outflows, and budget utilization for the management team.
– Cross-Departmental Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal teams and external vendors regarding billing inquiries, payment statuses, and administrative financial procedures.
Who are we looking for:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance Administration, Bookkeeping, or General Operations.
– Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
– Familiarity with accounting or ERP software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Mekari Jurnal) is a strong advantage.
– Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity when handling numerical data and company funds.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple departmental requests and strict payment deadlines.
