Mayora Group (PT Inbisco Niagatama Semesta) is Hiring ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE

Responsibilities :

1. Review and verify the completeness of billing documents, including invoices, tax invoices, purchase orders (PO), goods receipt documents (LPB), receipts, and other supporting documents before submission for collection.

2. Monitor collection activities, follow up on outstanding receivables, and ensure timely payment from customers and outlets.

3. Process and control order releases for Modern Trade (MT) and Institutional channels in accordance with company policies.

4. Handle customer deductions, returns, promotional claims, and resolve invoice discrepancies such as pricing, quantity, or SKU issues.

5. Conduct regular reconciliation and filing of invoices, proof of delivery, and collection documents while maintaining accurate accounts receivable records.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collection, or Finance Administration are preferred.

3. Basic understanding of invoicing, collection processes, and accounts receivable management.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.

5. Detail-oriented, analytical, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
