Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
4. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under deadlines.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and willing to learn/use SAP systems.
6. Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
1. Prepare and perform adjustment journal entries, including all accruals and other adjustments, prior to monthly closing.
2. Reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
3. Perform confirmation and reconciliation of GR/IR (Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt) accounts.
4. Conduct clearing of outstanding balance sheet items that have been completed.
5. Prepare nominative lists and supporting documents for Corporate Income Tax (SPT Badan) purposes.
6. Perform reconciliation of withholding tax (PPH) expenses.
7. Ensure all expense postings are recorded using the correct GL accounts and cost centers.
8. Monitor outstanding employee advances, vendor advances, and asset-related balances.
9. Conduct cash opname (cash count) at factory and Head Office locations.
Perform stock opname activities for external audit purposes..
