We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Staff (Tech Recruiter) to join our team.

🔍Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or Recruitment Staff

2. Fluent in English, both spoken and written (mandatory)

3. Proven experience handling recruitment processes within the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry

4. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes

5. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and hiring data

6. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize hiring needs effectively

7. Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven

8. Available ASAP

👨💻Responsibilities:

– Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions

– Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels

– Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency

– Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

– Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

– Prepare recruitment reports and provide hiring insights based on data analysis
