NEEDED HR ADMIN STAFF (Contract)

Qualifications:

Minimum D4/S1 all Major, preferably majoring Management SDM
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Have good administrative & data processing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Detail-oriented, organized, & good at handling documentation.
Able to join ASAP
Have good communication & coordination skills.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day HR administrative activities and documentation.
Input, update, and maintain employee data accurately.
Prepare HR reports and administrative documents.
Support employee administration and HR processes.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding HR administrative needs.
Ensure HR documents and data are properly maintained and organized.
