We’re Hiring Freelance Admin Affiliate Operation (WFH)
📍 Full Work From Home (WFH)

Work Schedule & Fee:
Weekday Freelance (Monday – Friday): Rp150.000/day
Weekend Freelance (Saturday – Sunday): Rp180.000/day
Preferred candidates based in Jakarta, as training will be conducted onsite at our office on Day 1 and Day 2.

Job Description

1. Assist affiliates by answering questions and providing information about the platform.

2. Follow up with affiliates regularly to ensure they stay active.
Support affiliates by sharing selling tips, content ideas, and campaign updates.

3. Monitor affiliate activity and encourage inactive affiliates to become active again.

4. Help resolve affiliate issues and coordinate with the internal team when needed.

5. Maintain and update affiliate records and administrative data.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field.

2. Final-year students with flexible schedules are welcome to apply.

3. Previous experience as an Admin or Customer Service is a plus.

4. Familiar with WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Sheets, and basic administrative tasks.

5. Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with many people.

6. Detail-oriented, responsive, and proactive.

7. Willing to attend onsite training in Jakarta during the first 2 working days.
