PT Mayora Indah Tbk is Hiring Accounting Staff

Job Description:

1. Record bank transactions and general journal entries (excluding Bank, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable transactions) accurately in the accounting system.

2. Review and monitor trade receivables, employee receivables, and other receivables to ensure accuracy and completeness.

3. Perform monthly financial closing activities in the accounting system.

4. Ensure monthly book closing is completed accurately and within the established deadlines.

5. Prepare monthly financial reports, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement with supporting notes, Projected Profit & Loss, and Projected Balance Sheet.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.

5. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
