Currently, PT Hermes Solusi Integrasi is #hiring for Recruitment Staff position with qualifications :
– Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or related fields
– Experience 1-2 years as Recruitment position (prefer experience hiring IT position). Junior to Middle level.
– Familiarity with IT technologies
– Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar productivity tools.
– Understanding of data analytics and reporting.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Effective relationship-building and networking skills.
– Domicile at Jakarta area or willing to be placed at South Jakarta
