STAFF PURCHASING

Responsibility:

Researching potential vendors
Comparing and evaluating offer from suppliers
Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing
Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from requisitioning department.
Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers; monitoring and expediting orders.
Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Requirements:

Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in any field
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Dependable and able to work as a team and under pressure.
Willing to do Offline Interview at Jababeka, and Placement at Delta Silicon 8
Preferably domiciled in Cikarang/surrounding area

Supervisor Production

Responsibilty :

Follows and implement Health, Safety & Environment policies/procedures.
Follows and implement Food safety and Quality, including GMP if applicable.
Safely operate and monitor process equipment in area of responsibility.
Perform in-process analysis together with QC Analysts.
Report any problem during operation to Production Manager.
Ensure all SAP data entry, batch sheets, spreadsheets, etc, are promptly and 5. Coordinate coverage issues and overtime when required.
Utilizes leadership to promote safety and quality awareness, besides
Assist and train team members in the procedures required to perform their 8. Coordinate activities with Planning team, Maintenance Team, Quality team, and WH teams, including prod schedule, maintenance, etc.
Implement 5S and keep good housekeeping.
Follow the applicable procedures.
Recommends changes on procedures and practices for continuous improvement.
Food Safety Regulation Compliance Management (Local food claims management, local prevention, local regulation knowledge)

Requirement :

Polytechnic or University with major in Food Technology or Chemical
1-3 years related experience in a food manufacturing.
Positive work attitude, structured
Must be thorough and attentive to details, Organized
Able to multitask and complete multiple requests on time
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Developing analytical skills with problem solving ability
Ability to adapt well to a fast-paced environment
Good Presentation skills
Willing to do Offline Interview at Jababeka, and Placement at Delta Silicon 8

Semangat Spiritual juga harus digenjot lagi. Perbanyak dzikir, Sholat 5 waktu Berjamaah di awal waktu + sholat Sunnahnya Jangan lupa: Tahajud, Witir, Sebelum Shubuh sholat Fajar 2 Rokaat.

Di 5 waktu itu masih ada Sholat Rawatibnya Qobliyah & Ba’diyah. Di Paginya masih bisa Dhuha + baca Al Qur’an

Jika masih ada Saldo dan Maaf, jika sebelumnya pernah bekerja & Belum Pernah Bayar Zakat, monggo silahkan dirapel Zakatnya 2,5% saja. Per 1 juta zakatnya hanya 25 ribu, salurkan ke Takmir Masjid terdekat. Karna 2,5% itulah HAK Orang lain yang Allah SWT Titipkan melalui ikhtiar kita.

Juga Sedekahnya Jangan lupa broh! ✊😃
